Deposit for 50% of the program you have selected.

If you cancel 4 days prior to the beginning of the activity or program we will give you a 100% refund.

If you cancel 3 days or less before the trip begins, no refunds will be made except for special cases where 50% of the value of the program will be reimbursed, each case subject to the evaluation of the Administrator, Head of Operations and / or Sales manager. (Daily Programs)

In the case of expeditions, the cancellation must be made at least 10 days before the scheduled date, otherwise there will be no refund and 50% of the payment will be nonrefundable for operational expenses. In the case of accidents or deaths, a medical certificate or death certificate must be presented.

If you do not arrive at the time of the activity, you are not entitled to a refund.

If a trip is to be cancelled due to climatic or operational factors, Ruta León will give the client the possibility to coordinate a new date for the trip, as long as the company has availability for that day. It should be noted that in high season it is difficult to change passengers from one day to the next, so we suggest that passengers reschedule the trip within 4-5 more days, depending on the route they have planned.

In the case that clients are unable to change the date of their trip, we will refund 100% of the payments through bank transfer, cash, or Transbank no later than 48 hours after the trip has been cancelled.

Passengers who present themselves under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, putting at risk the integrity of the passengers and the team of professionals in charge of the tour, will be automatically dismissed from the expedition and will not be reimbursed.

Passengers must sign a release form before completing any of our programs as well as a policy number (health and life insurance) in case of accidents in any of our services mentioned in the itineraries or on our web page.

We do not support sex tourism, commercial exploitation of children, adolescents and / or adults.

We do not promote child labor. We do not hire minors.

We denounce any irregular situation of exploitation or sexual abuse against a person, especially if they are minors.

We maintain in total prohibition the disclosure through our means of communication and promotion of material, opinions and any type of information that may affect human beings, especially, that of an illegal nature and that may involve minors.
